Volunteer roles Preview

Accreditation & information

Check-in, badge distribution, and assistance for participants and guests.

Competition teams

Support at competition venues (timing assistance, field coordination, setup and teardown, athlete flow).

Logistics & venue

Equipment handling, setup and teardown, routing, backstage support.

Guest services

Supporting delegations, assisting with workshops and the supporting program.

Media & communication

Photo/video assistance, social media support, distribution of press materials (in coordination with the press team).

Muni shuttle / outdoor

Shuttle coordination, course checkpoints, safety briefings (after training).
